Refund & Digital Product Policy

Infusion Nurse Co. will sell downloadable educational products. This page is the starting-point policy and will be finalized before checkout is enabled.

Current status

The New Infusion Nurse Starter Kit is not for sale yet. Joining a waitlist does not create a charge or a purchase.

Intended digital delivery

When a product launches, customers will receive files by email or a download link. Version 1 does not use customer accounts.

Intended refund approach

Because files can be copied immediately, digital products are often sold as final sale. Before launch we will choose one of the following and state it clearly on the sales page:

• All digital sales are final after download, or
• A short refund window if the file cannot be accessed, or
• A limited satisfaction window with conditions

We will not advertise a guarantee until that language is decided.

Access issues

If you pay and cannot access a file, email ••••••••••••••••••••••••• with your order details and we will help restore access.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a dispute so we can resolve delivery problems directly.
